At Advanced Fitness & Athletics (AFA), our goal is to improve your overall strength – no matter where your abilities are at this moment – so you’re happier and healthier. We’ll help you hit your peak. Our multi-tiered approach can help those recovering from an injury or chronic illness to elite athletes wanting to get a competitive edge.

Our approach to strength building uses high intensity interval training (HIIT) with shorter durations and lighter weights. With our workouts, you will build strength without the traditional “exercise until failure” style most are used to doing.

Instead, we use science to improve your wellness. Why do we say wellness instead of fitness?  Instead of just “working out,” AFA focuses on health – both in body and mind!  From yoga to cardio, mindfulness journaling to diet, we have you covered! We’ll eliminate the excuses for not starting your wellness journey – and we’ll keep you on track.

Post Cancer Recovery

Specifically designed for cancer recovery patients, we'll help you regain functions like sitting up from a seated position unaided, stand up independently from the ground, or even walk across a parking lot.

Athletic Enhancement

We can help you reach your peak, regardless of where your fitness levels are now. Two bootcamps will help you meet your fitness goals: Coordination, Agility and Speed, and Strength and Power.
