What you need to know before you start month 2:

  • First, consult your physician before starting to ensure you are healthy enough to begin.
  • If you need to repeat a month, that’s ok.  This program is for you to use at your pace!

Introducing A New Routine!

On day 3 of this month, we will introduce you to a new routine:

Micro-Intervals, Body Weight

Mico-Intervals, Body Weight is a key element of Healthy Fitness Gateway. You will need a timer app for this. Each interval consists of a "work" and "rest" time, just like in pacing.

During the work time, do the exercise until the timer tells you to rest. During the rest period, you can rest completely or slowly pace. Repeat until each cycle, or set of activities, are completed. Follow the link to see this activity in action.
