Introducing A New Routine!
Right off the bat, we will introduce you to a new routine:
Rising Work
Rising work is about using some form of a seat - chair, edge of bed, park bench, etc. - to use with a set of exercises. These exercises will increase muscle and balance so rising from a seated position becomes easier.
