Introducing A New Routine!

Right off the bat, we will introduce you to a new routine:

Dynamic Balance and Stretches

Six new exercises to help you increase your balance and flexibility. These activities are important to master before we begin any Yoga routines, which is in Level 2.

Find enough space to do each action for 10 feet, if possible. Cycle through each set of activities 1-3 times. Follow the link to see this activity in action.
