Level Two

What's in this Level?
We will introduce you to a number of fun routines that will work on your whole body. By the end of Level 2, we will have you doing multiple sets of dumbbell exercises, yoga, and other interval exercises to take you to your next level! A very important note – feel free to repeat months if you’re not physically ready to move on. It’s ok! Really!
Month 1
Welcome to the journey! We will begin to get you back to a healthy level of activity.
While it may seem repetitive, you will quickly see why even simple moves can be difficult. It is very important to focus on your form!
Month 2
You’ve made it through your first month! Let’s celebrate by adding a few new routines. This will not only spice up your work out, but get those muscles feeling a different form of activity.
Month 3
In Month 3, if you haven’t already, you should notice some improvements in your flexibility, stamina, and overall fitness. Keep up the good work!
Month 4
This is the time to keep your enthusiasm up so your improvements continue. Maybe add in some extra fun by talking a walk around the neighborhood. Or try doing a workout set at a nearby park to get fresh air while you work out!
Month 5
Take a moment to see your progress… and know we’re only just beginning! A lot more focus is on working out with your body weight. Pretty soon, we’ll add some dumbbells in the mix.
Month 6
You started out with just two routines, and now are up to 5! Make sure you keep the same focus and attention to form as you did in Months 1 and 2. Form will keep you safe once we add weights.
Month 7
Wahoo for dumbbells! Congrats on getting yourself back to this level of fitness. Maybe take some time to journal down your thoughts about the journey so far. Check out our Wellness package if you’re not already set up!
