Crawling Work

Like a baby! Crawling work is all about being on the ground. While they may seem silly, take this seriously as it will reap huge benefits for all around core strength. This is why we do it every day this month. If you remember, your core muscles are the abdominal muscles that keep you upright and walking tall. Please do these activities only when someone else is present, in case you should need help getting back up.

Find enough space to do each action for 10-30 feet, if possible.

Cycle through each set of activities 2-5 times:

Forward Crawl

Backwards Crawl

Right Side

Left Side

Hydrant

Reverse Hydrant
