We will ease you into the practice of mindfulness.  This is a life-long journey that will only improve the more you use this skill set.  Useful during stressful or anxious days to calm the clouds in your head!

Fitness Monitoring

At the beginning of every level, and at the end of each month, you will monitor your progress against a set group of exercises.  You will be amazed at the evolution of your body as your complete each month!

Nutritional Guidelines

Giving you guardrails for what a healthy diet looks like as you work your way back to overall wellness.  No counting points, no meal plans, just sound advice and sample meals plans.

Journaling

Journaling is all about being aware of your emotional and mental state of being.  We run you though ‘tasks’ so that way the journaling process becomes more natural as you do it.
